Camp Architects provides architectural services as part of Design-Build teams in which the client selects the General Contactor and Architect as a team and the contractor participates in the design process to keep the project on budget. The architect participates in the construction process to maintain the design intent and find cost-effective solutions to any construction challenges that may arise.​

Very often the Design-Build process will save time and money by eliminating the Bid Phase, minimize the chance of re-design due to cost over-runs, and reduce the "grey" areas that cause high prices. Camp Architects is always looking for General Contractors to team up with for Design-Build projects.
