Camp Architects offers two levels of residential architectual service; Full-Service Custom Design and Referenced Based Design.

 

Full-Service Custom Design is used when the client wants a very special unique home. We start by asking questions so we completely understand your goals. We often develop several design concepts based on your description of the house. We can provide extra services such as rendings, models, and detailed interior design.

 

Referenced Based Design is when the client has selected one or more house designs from a magazine or plan book and want their new home to be inspired by them. We have merged different parts of different designs and down-sized the original design to fit our client's budget, resulting in a very economically designed custom home.

 

Camp Architects also enjoys designing residential additions and renovations. Our goal is to make every renovation 

appear as if it were part of the orginal home.

 

With every residential project, we recommend we provide a Preliminary Design and the client get buget information from contractors as early as possible. Very often, the contactor may make suggestions that save money and confirms the client's budget. This process minimizes the possibility of a re-design to fit the budget.
